Terms & conditions

The contestants are eligible to participate in the Contest in accordance with the eligibility criteria specified below. The candidates participating in the Contest are hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”. To be eligible to take part in the Contest, the Participant needs to conform to the following eligibility criteria mentioned on the form.

2. Please upload a good quality of image best picture will be uploaded on our social media handles.
3. Join our newsletter to get new offers, promotional mail and upcoming contest. Be the first one to join the upcoming contest.
4. Non-confirmed registered email will be disqualified.
5. Like our facebook page, we may verify it.
6. Mention your 3 friend’s name and refer them. Receive an extra 1 point for each friend when he participate in the same contest.
7. Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&C and by their participation in the Contest, each Participant agrees to be bound by its terms.

3. Contest begins on 25th March 2023 and will end on 31th March, 2023. Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.

5. LeadifyPro reserves the right to cancel / postpone /terminate this Contest at its discretion or modify all or any part of T&C that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any consequential losses/damages. Intimation of such change shall be conveyed to the Participants by posting the revised T&C of the Contest.

6. The winners will be intimated within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of Contest, by way of direct message (“DM”) on the Twitter/Instagram/Facebook id of the winner and via email. In the event of no response/acknowledgement from the concerned winner to the DM within seven (7) days, along with their name, and valid contact details, then his/her prize(s) will be forfeited.

7. Failure to comply with the above T&C may result in disqualification of the Participant
   
   
8. If a
   winner found with incomplete details, then the next winner will be
   selected randomly.
